Kim Kardashian is known around the world for her beauty and also her penomenal body shape which is curvy but very toned in the midsection. Millions of women would love to learn her diet secrets and Kim has told many people via Twitter and on her reality show about losing weight.
Well now she has mentioned a new technique she uses via Twitter, which appears to be working very well for her. Kim tweeted “Gluten free is the way to be” and added a very sexy picture of herself.
Gluten is found in a number of foods including bread and pasta, and can be avoided with a little planning. According to Kardashian it inhibits fat loss and too much gluten can interfere with the digestive process.
Kim isn’t the only celebrity to come out as anti-gluten, with Miley Cyrus also telling fans to try a low gluten diet. Cyrus says that even after a week of avoiding gluten you can feel much more energetic and clear headed.

Kim Kardashian has shown off her hot bikini booty while on holidays in the Dominican Republic with her family. Kardashian recently went on a no-dairy, no-sugar diet for a few weeks and the results are truly spectacular with Kim’s curves even more shapely than normal.
The entire family joined Kim on the holiday, with a six-months-pregnant Kourtney, Khloe, Rob and even baby Mason all on holiday together in a luxurious location. The family stayed at the Casa de Campo complex, where they rented a $6000 per-night 35’000 square-foot villa.
It was a pretty active holiday, with lots of swimming and jet skiing on offer. As for Kim’s toned body, she said she apparently shed 10 pounds in 10 days after getting rid of sugar! Kardashian claimed she used the Sunfare’s 1,300 calorie-a-day meal-delivery program. The results are pretty spectacular!
Kim Kardashian has been on a LOT of magazine covers in recent years and has just added another to that count, appearing on the cover of the April edition of “Self” magazine. Self magazine focuses on beauty and fitness issues, so Kim gave a detailed sneak peak into both her fitness and beauty regime and it takes a lot of work to maintain that Kim Kardashian physique and beauty!
In the interview, Kim also admits she is still battling a mean sugar addiction the same as most people, and she is fine with having cellulite and ‘jiggly bits’. Kardashian says: “Of course I struggle with insecure moments,” she said. “I wish I didn’t. But I love to eat! Especially sweets. And I’ll say it. I think my thighs are jiggly and I have cellulite. Now let’s move on!”
Kardashian revealed on her blog that she was very happy with the natural looking cover photo and asked fans for feedback: “I am so pleased with the way my cover for SELF Magazine came out! We went for a more natural, pretty shoot, as opposed to going super glam and I’m loving the cover. What do you guys think?”
Kim Kardashian is hitting the gym relentlessly in the last couple of months after some time ignoring her fitness. She gets into shape pretty quickly as can be seen by recent pics.
Kardashian seems to retain her sense of style regardless of what she is doing and her stylish post gym attire is an example of that. Ready to hit the coffee shop or restaurant in workout clothes!
Recently Kardashian has been purging the fat from her body with frequent trips to the Gym, as often as twice a day in preparation for bikini season!
Kim might be skipping sugar more often as well with unusual results: “I just had some cookies n cream ice cream & it didn’t taste good. I think I’m starting to not like sweets! This is an amazing day!”
Kim recently vowed to lose some weight after not going to the gym for 2 months and apparently putting on 10 pounds, making her booty just slightly ‘too’ big.
Kardashian wore black lycra, dark sunglasses and a hoodie on her way into the gym. Kim joked about forgetting deoderant on Twitter: “Ew I forgot to wear deodorant to the gym today! LOL.”
Kardashian recently returned from South Africa where she was involved in some promotional activities. No rest for the wicked though, she was straight into the gym on her return.
