In recent days a few rumors have popped up about the likelihood of Kris Humphries suing Kim Kardashian for her negative portrayal of him on their reality television shows.

Apparently during the second series of Kourtney and Kim take New York, she has really been laying the boot into Humphries. It was reported that a lawsuit might be on the way, for as much as $10 milion in damages.

US Weekly have reported that he has no interest in suing Kim, but will continue to watch the show to make sure he isn’t being portrayed too poorly. Kim has been making out that Humphries was the main problem in the marriage, which is very doubtful to say the least.

According to Kim, he made fun of her weight! Probably a little bit of simple jesting that the hyper sensitive Kardashian couldn’t take, or a vicious Kris Humphries? A source close to Kardashian said that Humphries said Kim had no talent! Well that one may have been a bit close to the truth..

There is no doubt that Kim Kardashian loves being the center of the party and her birthday provides the best opportunity to do so every year. Kim usually has multiple birthday parties across the country, and this year was no different with a party in New York and a party in Las Vegas.

Kardashian was turning 31, and with her mission accomplished (get married before she reached 31), Kim was relaxed and ready to party. Kim was joined by husband Kris Humphries, and the rest of her family.

Despite recent rumors suggesting that all is not rosy for Kim and her new husband, they were smiling and cuddling at the party and enjoyed a few drinks and some dancing.

Khloe Kardashian was having a great time with husband Lamar Odom while Kourtney seemed a bit more tense, perhaps indicating some marriage troubles for her!

Kim’s sister Khloe and her husband Lamar Odom were on hand to help celebrate and of course Kim’s mother and manager Kris Jenner was also part of the revelry.

Most of the party occurred at the Marquee Nightclub at the Cosmopolitan hotel and Kim showed off her curves in a figure hugging creme dress.

The celebrations in New York included some time at the Darby restaurant and some more low key celebrations, while Las Vegas was all about partying!

Kim Kardashian has refused to share details of the pre-nuptial agreement that she has signed with new husband Kris Humphries. Humphires and Kardashian are both relatively wealthy, but Kardashian’s empire of clothing and beauty products is reportedly worth more than Humphries has made in professional basketball.

Kim also has a share of the profits of the Kim Kardashian sextape, which presumably she keeps for herself and with a resurgence in the popularity of the sex tape recently, that is worth a few million alone.

Kim Kardashian has been on a number of magazine covers so far in 2011, well she is adding yet another one to her portfolio – Cosmo UK!

The magazine has an annual “body” issue which focuses on body image issues and highlights women who have learnt to be comfortable with their bodies, flaws included. Kim Kardashian is one of those women – with lovely large curves and the odd bit of cellulite. Kardashian reveals that she works hard maintaining her body but realises that cellulite is just part of being a curvy Armenian woman.

The pics show Kim in a number of revealing outfits including bikinis and lingerie, showing off those spectacular curves. Kardashian described the photos as being very sexy: “This was such a fun and sexy shoot and I love the way the photos turned out.”

According to TMZ, Kim Kardashian is reportedly furious at Cosmopolitan magazine after her picture turned up on the cover of the Turkish edition of Cosmopolitan.

The problem is the fact that the Turks committed genocide against the Armenians in 1914, and it’s still a very touchy subject for many Armenian-Americans like Kim Kardashian. The magazine cover has also been released close to the Armenian day of remembrance for the genocide, which happens on April 24.

A number of Armenian Americans are upset by it, but a number have decided it’s time to move on from the terrible past between the two countries. No comment was available from Cosmopolitan.
