Is Kim Kardashian modifying her look or is she simply getting older and needs reading glasses? Fans spotted the lovely Ms Kardashian in Beverly Hills yesterday trying on various pairs of glasses.

One pair she tried on was thick rimmed geeky looking glasses that might be more suitable to a geek or perhaps ironic hipster. The end result of the glasses on Kardashian was “ridiculously hot librarian”.

Unfortunately she didn’t walk out of the shop with the glasses and must have been just trying them on for fun. It would have been a look that delighted hipsters and geeks around the world.

When Kim left the store she was back to her normal ultra-glamorous self and the geek sheik that we saw in the store was gone..

Kim Kardashian was busy maintaining her looks yesterday with some shopping and trips to a beauty parlor. Kim Kardashian was rugged up to battle the rainy weather and smiled happily for the press that was following her around.

Kim hit the salon first for a beauty treatment then, went out for some clothes shopping with a friend.

Apparently it wasn’t all pleasure though, she also had a business meeting. Kardashian tweeted: “Just left a huge Sears meeting! You guys are gonna LOVE our new collection! Can’t wait for it to launch!!!!!”

and after that, another meeting with a perfume manufacturer for her 2011 fragrance, she tweeted: “Ok now heading to a fragrance meeting. I need a name for my new perfume! Any cool ideas?”

Just after news was released about Elizabeth Taylors death was released, Kim tweeted about her admiration for the star, twittering: “I am so saddened about the passing of Elizabeth Taylor! She will always be my idol!”

Christmas has just finished and Kim Kardashian is already back out and about, making the most of sales. Kim Kardashian was spotted with Pussycat Dolls boss Robin Antin in Beverly Hills, California yesterday.

The two hotties visited a number of clothing boutiques picking up specials, then went on to visit a nail salon to doll themselves up.

In other Kardashian news, Khloe Kardashian has said that her Christmas holliday was pretty hectic, blogging: “My mom has carolers, elves, and Santa even comes to hand out presents. It’s amazing.”

Kim Kardashian has launched yet another product! This time in conjunction with Mastercard, Kim has launched a prepaid credit card aimed at teens. The card doesn’t allow teens to go into debt and Kardashian is hoping it teaches teenagers a little about self restraint and only spending money they have.

The credit card officially launches on November 10 and Kardashian is already promoting the hell out of it. Kim blogged about it recently, saying: “[the card is] ..coolest thing! It’s like having an ATM in your phone, LOL.”

She continued: “No one likes going to banks and ATMs and we’re constantly on our phones, so why not make it easy to manage your money from your mobile!?” The card allows additional money to be loaded onto it via a mobile phone. Great for teens who have control over their bank accounts, but also for younger teens whose parents control the finances.
