According to sources close to Kim Kardashian, the celeb hotty is apparently working out twice a day now to get even slimmer!
Theskinny.com reports that last week a stranger mistook Kim for her pregnant sisters Khourtney, which gave her a bit of a shake up. After that, it is reported, Kim embarked on a stricter diet and doubled her workout regime (gym junky?). Both workouts are reportedly “Pretty tough”, so hopefully she won’t overdo it.
Kardashian tweeted about the workouts: “Just finished Barry’s Boot Camp! Yes, second workout of the day! Now getting a massage at home! I’m glad I worked out today! Was a tough workout, now hopefully I can get back on track! Need to kick it up! It’s so hard to work out when u are sick!”
Kim Kardashian released more pics from her Fit in Your Jeans by Friday BBQ workout video done at the Sierra Mist Malibue Beach House. This time, Lily and Kourtney is with her on the scene.
Kim describes how excellent it was to have her friends and family work out with her. She especially adores how they were there to celebrate the success of Kim’s workout video. Cheers to that, sweet Kim!

Kim loved doing a Fit in Your Jeans by Friday DVD signing and work out due to the really motivating setting. There’s gotta be nothing better than a work out in Malibu for Kim! She should always be this hyped up when working out!
By now, it shouldn’t be a question anymore how Kim gets her tight sexy body. The one particularly, of many, where she wore striped black tights for Pepsi Max’s Bullrun Rally.
It probably also is Kim’s greatest joy to know that people really enjoy her workout videos, and of course, its benefits. She is actually grateful and happy particularly because somebody submitted her own results from working out with Kim’s fitness video.
Kim recently released Fit in Your Jeans by Friday, her very own workout video. Alissa, who posted on ThinDependence.com, shared her own results after working out with Kim’s DVD. She actually gained fruitful results in just 5 days. The left ones are the after-workout results.
Alissa shared, “I never thought you could see results in just five days”. She adds, “Kim did a great job motivating while looking fabulous of course (does the girl sweat?!?!)… So, Kim, thanks for the great work out!”
Kim was extremely delighted by the news. She even responded by saying that she does sweat, especially with the set lights on for the workout vid.
